HOW TO MAKE ORDER ?
JOIN THE QUEUE
To make the order in a workshop, it is necessary, first of all, to join the queue.
To place an order, please provide the following information:
- Kind of sport (leotard for rhythmic gymnastic, synchronized swimming, acrobatics or dress for figure skating)
- Wishes
- Required materials (photos, video, music)
- Height in cm
- Desired date of receiving the costume
Price is calculated individually in each case.
After matching all the points you need to make a pre-payment of the designs in the amount of 50 EUR, which is included in the cost of the future swimsuit and is, in fact, the payment of sketches for the future swimsuit. If you refuse to sew, we return the Deposit if we have not sent the sketches to the customer.
СREATING A SKETCH
After the payment we will send you a few designs to choose from within 7 working days. All changes are made free of charge (within reasonable limits). In the future, this amount is subtracted from the agreed price of costume. In case of refusal from further sewing by the sketches provided, the cost for them will not be refund.
To start tailoring the customer pays 50% of estimated cost of a leotard. After the payment we start to make the costume.
TAKING MEASUREMENTS
It is very important to be exact and accurate at the measuring. At the remote tailoring we can be guided only by the standards measured by the customer, it is better to photograph process of measuring — it will allow us to correct values of the inexact measurements. We can also help you to take all the measurements online, please contact us for this.
For correct result the gymnast has to be in underwear or the tight-fitting training clothes. It is ideal if it will be a bodysuit which the gymnast puts on under a leotard for competitions.
Measurements are taken closely to a body, without tightness, but also without additional freedom. Only tailoring with the fitting is guarantee a perfect fit of the leotard.
FINISHED PRODUCT
The production time about 2-4 week after sketch approval.
When we finish work on a leotardt, we send to the customer of the photo of a leotard and calculation of cost of a finished product.
The customer pays the rest of cost of and cost of delivery, and we send a leotard to the customer’s address.
SHIPPING
Delivery in Estonia we carry out with the help of a transport company Omniva, Itella или DPD.
Delivery abroad, we provide via DHL shipping company. Delivery is carried out by the customer and must be paid at the final payment for a leotard.
At the request of the customer, we can send the finished product with the help of other transport companies.
